Important Note: The Free Tier of Bajetiyo is provided at no cost and does not involve any payments or refunds.

Bajetiyo offers the following subscription options:

  • Free Tier: No payment required, limited features
  • Pro Monthly: $2.99/month, billed monthly with unlimited features

This Refund Policy applies only to Pro subscription payments.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a first-time Pro subscriber
  • Request must be made within 7 days of initial subscription date
  • Applies only to the first payment, not renewal payments

3.2 Technical Issues

We may issue refunds in cases where:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • You experienced significant service disruptions that prevented you from using the Service
  • You were unable to access the Service due to technical problems on our end

Refunds for technical issues are considered on a case-by-case basis and require documentation of the issue.

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Renewal payments (beyond the initial 7-day guarantee period)
  • Partial months of service
  • Dissatisfaction after using the service for more than 7 days
  • Changes in personal circumstances or financial situation
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through our payment processor (Paddle)
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Additional time may be required for your financial institution to reflect the credit

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

5.3 Account Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your Pro subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free Tier
  • Your data will be preserved but subject to Free Tier limitations
  • You can continue using Bajetiyo with Free Tier features

6. Subscription Cancellation

6.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings in the Bajetiyo dashboard
  • Contacting our support team at support@bajetiyo.com

6.2 What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • Your account automatically downgrades to Free Tier after the period ends
  • Your data is preserved (subject to Free Tier limits)
  • You can resubscribe at any time

6.3 Important Notes

  • Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
  • We do not provide refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-billing cycle
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed

7. Pro-Rated Refunds

We generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • Extended service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Account issues that prevent you from accessing the Service

Pro-rated refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at support@bajetiyo.com. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes within 5 business days.

To expedite resolution, please provide:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction date and amount

Bajetiyo uses Paddle as our payment processor. All payments are subject to Paddle's terms and conditions. In some cases, refund decisions may be subject to Paddle's policies and processing capabilities.
